Santa Monica Condo

In the Fall of 2006, we joined our son Daniel to purchase a condo in downtown Santa Monica, near his job and perfect for us to have a city base when in LA.

Outside - it;s the first floor. It's on 10th Street, half block north of Wilshire and 3 blocks south of Montana. Seven blocks west is the 3rd St. Promenade and 10 blocks is the ocean.

It's big - 1120 sq ft. with a giant living area. Even has a gas fireplace. Floors are new bamboo, slick looking and practical.

The living room has floor to ceiling windows on two sides, complete with balconies.

Nice sized dining area, raised tile floor.

Well equipped, neat kitchen.
