We covered 2511 miles on this trip mostly on roads like this -pretty deserted, but there are some interesting signs.

Rocks & glaciers, everywhere you look.

If you look closely, you can see these mountains were formed by the collision of two plates and the flat rocks were pushed up to a 45 degree angle.
